Show incumbent photo on New Succession Plan page
Summary:
The business has a request to show the plan incumbent's photo when creating a new Succession Plan.
When I navigate to the page and select an incumbent, there is no photo at the top of the page.
When I open the same page in VBS, there is a photo. The photo stays when I preview the page from VBS.
When I open a fresh New Succession Plan page in VBS and select an incumbent, there is no photo at the top of the page.
How to make this behavior consistent?
