Error when adding nonCatalog item from SmartForm to Private Shopping List
Summary:
We receive the below error when trying to add to Private Shopping List using a smart form. However, in the Using Procurement guide, under the section "Shopping List" there is a line that states, "Similarly, you can add noncatalog or smart form requests to a personal shopping list."

Steps:
- Open Smart Form
2. Populate Item Description, Category, Quantity, UOM, Price, current (defaulted), supplier/supplier site, and supplier item.
3. Click on Add to List
4. Add to List box is presented, either select an existing private list or add to a new list. The error below is the same if its an existing list or new list
