Oracle Eloqua 26C Customer Overview [Aug 2026]

The Eloqua 26C release arrives between Aug 7 - 22, 2026. Highlights include:

  • Redwood Experience for Eloqua
    • New Redwood Campaign Canvas in Early Preview: Cleaner interface and simplified navigation [Opt-in Required]
    • Ability to open LaunchPads in new browser tabs, and
    • Lots of customer-reported issues have been resolved across the Redwood experience!
  • Auto-Click Detection Updates: Enhancements to auto-click detection that will evaluate click sequences using multiple signals, providing more accurate engagement data and becoming available in controlled availability in 26C [Opt-in Required]
  • Reporting Enhancements: Email activities added to the dynamic content subject area with new metrics like total delivered, opens, and bounce backs. Support for the expand query option in the reporting API for activity details endpoints, which will allow customers to retrieve contact details associated with activities more efficiently.
