OTM Mobile App: How to restrict Event/Location fields (Read-Only) & hide Document Upload?

Hello OTM Community,

We are currently rolling out the OTM driver mobile app and are looking for configuration guidance on two specific UI and access restrictions to prevent user error and ensure operational compliance.

1. Dropdown Restrictions (Read-Only Event ID & Location)Currently, drivers have the ability to change the "Event ID" and "Location" fields at the mobile app level. Since there is a high risk of manual entry errors, we need to remove the driver's access to edit these fields.

  • Question: How can we configure the mobile app UI/Screen Sets to make the "Event ID" and "Location" fields strictly "Read-Only," or disable the dropdown so the driver cannot alter the pre-populated data?
