Facilitator Cannot Enter Potential Assessment on Behalf of Business leaders
Business requirement:
Business leaders are executives and provide Potential Assessment feedback offline. A Talent Review meeting facilitator, who has the Talent Review Specialist role, must enter the Potential Assessment questionnaire responses on behalf of the business leader.
Current behavior:
The facilitator can configure and conduct the meeting but does not appear in Ratings Submission Info and cannot access Prepare Review Content. The facilitator can only view a Potential Assessment after a reviewer saves or submits it.
Configuration completed:
- Potential Assessment enabled in the Talent Review template
- Active Potential Assessment questionnaire selected
- Potential included in Ratings for Reviewer
- HRT_MANAGE_PERSON_TALENT_PROFILE_PRIV granted
