Can Document Record Name character limit be increased when attached to ICP Option?

Summary: We have ICPs which require Attachments to be mandatory while submitting. We solved this by creating a Document Type and added this Document Type to the Option of an ICP with Attachment required checked. This leads to Document Record being created with name as ICP Plan Name_Option Name_Date
Now we are getting an error which says

"Value ICP Plan Name_Option Name_Date for field DocumentName exceeds the maximum length allowed."

The character count comes to 86.

Is there any way to increase this maximum length? Also what is the maximum character limit for Document names?
