Why does Manage Requisitions still display Classic Pages

Why does "Manage Requisitions" still display Classic Pages, and allow edit to a requisition, when RSSP (Redwood) was implemented? Why does it not direct the Requester to Redwood pages.

Navigate to Home Page > Procurement > Listed below the "Quick Actions" heading (next to Purchase Requisitions (New) tile > Select "Show More" > Select "Manage Requisitions" below the Purchase Requisitions heading
