Add Reports and Analytics to Journal Panel under General Accounting

Is it possible to add Reports and Analytics section to Journal Panel under General Accounting using Structure or using any other method similar to the one we see under Billing.

Below in the Journal section we cannot add neither see the Reports and Analytics section. Next screenshot is for Billing with the Reports and Analytics
