Procurement Policy Advisor across multiple Business Units

Hi everyone,
We're implementing Procurement Policy Advisor (Ask Oracle) in Redwood Procurement for an environment with multiple Requisitioning Business Units.
Currently, the assistant validates the Business Unit selected in Requisition Preferences and responds that no procurement policy is available for that Business Unit. It also displays internal Business Unit and Organization IDs in the response.
Our requirement is for the assistant to provide the applicable procurement policy regardless of which of our Business Units the requester is using, without requiring Business Unit validation.
Has anyone successfully configured Procurement Policy Advisor to:

  • Support multiple Business Units with the same procurement policy?
