Hi,

We are encountering an issue when users revise sales orders that have lines in "Awaiting Shipping" status.

After a revision is submitted and any changes are made to the sales order, the orchestration process fails at the "Shipment" step with the following error:

"Another person is working on the records you are attempting to work on. Try again later."

As a result:

• The shipment updates are completed in Inventory.
• The corresponding sales order line in Orchestration shows a red error icon at the Shipment step.
• Clicking the error icon displays the above error message.
• The affected sales order lines cannot proceed through
