The Job Application AI Rating feature in Oracle is depending on the resume parsing. We are using Telemtetry to parse our candidate resumes but since we can not control the resume format with which the candidate applies for a job, sometimes we have observed that the resumes are not being parsed correctly and data does not get imported in system.
The impact is since resume is not being correctly or we can say efficiently parsed, there is a discrepancy in Job Application AI Rating calculation.
