A new employee is hired using the 'New Hire' flow, the person profile is not generated automatically

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Person Profile Type is already configured with Auto Create Profile enabled, and you have also configured the HRT_CREATE_PROFILE_FOR_NEW_HIRE profile option as referenced in Doc ID 2145675.1, but the profile code is still not being generated for new hires


Please note that we do not have the Oracle Performance Management module licensed or implemented. The ratings are being maintained solely for Compensation processing and calculations.

Please let us know if anybody has faced same kind of problem.
