How to restrict users to view/update problem reports created by other users ?
Only participant (creator/approvers) should be able to see their own Problem Reports.
Content :-
The customer wants to restrict access to problem reports so that only the creator and approvers can view or update them, ensuring initiators can only see the requests they created.
Other than Partipant (Creators or Approvers) , No one should be view the Problen reports
