Supplier creation from Create Supplier Task is getting rejected

Summary:

We have Internal supplier profile change approval configured in BPM and it is 7 stage of approvals for First responder wins and it is working fine if we are updating any existing supplier but when we are creating a new supplier from Create Supplier task it is getting rejected.
