Career Site Vanity URL | Structure and Environment-Specific Configuration

Hi team,
We are currently implementing the SEO-optimized Vanity URL solution for the external Career Site as described in the Oracle documentation above. We have two open questions that the documentation does not explicitly address.

Question 1 – Which part of the URL is actually replaced?
The documentation shows a high-level example:

https://edyy.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience → https://jobs.vision.com

Our actual Career Site URL has a longer structure, for example:

https://ivghr-ialtgs-dev1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1

What we would like to understand:

  • Is only the domain portion replaced (i.e., https://ivghr-ialtgs-dev1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com
