In Oracle Benefits, Primary Care Physician configured for few HMO Plans. Below Action items triggered with Conversion:

Participant requires primary care physician

Dependent requires primary care physician

Most Employees might have provided PCP information in the legacy system, and we want to convert the same information from the legacy system into Oracle Benefits. 

We don’t have HDL to bulk load PCP information (like Person/Plan Name/Physician Name/Specialty/Physician ID/Physician Contact Number) in Oracle. Manual updates are not feasible due to Employee count.
