26C Fixed Asset Inquiry Assistant chat icon not visible

in General Ledger & Intercompany

Summary:

Hi Team,

I have completed access requirement to access Fixed Asset Inquiry Assistant 26C by referring to the Oracle doc: Fixed Asset Inquiry Assistant

However, I am not able to see Assistant Chat Icon anywhere on the Fixed Assets work area. Also, there is nothing mentioned in the oracle document where this assistant would be visible.
Can anyone help?
