Hi everyone,

I'm working on a Payables SLA requirement where the Department segment needs to be derived dynamically.

Our current Department Segment Account Rule derives the Department segment from:

  • Purchase Order Charge Account for PO-based invoices.
  • Invoice Distribution Account for Non-PO invoices.

This works correctly for the standard liability accounting line, but it doesn't work for the Self-Assessed Tax Liability accounting line.

After reviewing the setup with Oracle Support, they suggested using a Mapping Set in the Department Segment Account Rule instead of using account sources.

While implementing their solution, I tried to create a new mapping set with Output Type
