SummarizeGridNotes using members that are not in the ML File

SummarizeGridNotes with Use Context enabled ignores customized Notes Summarization ML examples that consistently omit technical POV members. Is there a way to make sure these members are not being included in the summary? For example Currency. All of my response examples do not include currency in the response. However the actual report will generate something like "this is reported in USD Currency". Which I am trying to explicitly tell the ML file I do not want. I have 3 POV examples and 3 Varied POV examples. Thank you.
