Employee can view others feedback center in Search

Summary:

Hello,

We have an issue with our feedback visibility.When searching from colleague in the search bar,employee's can access anyone Feedback Center and view the AI Generated feedback summary even when feedback visibility is on Manager and employee only.

So far we have removed all the View HCM Public Notes and View HCM Notes but the issue is still here. Could you please help us?
