Reassign direct reports conditional section is missing from Redwood Terminate Employment

Summary:

We've just noticed (and I'm not sure how long it's not been there) that the conditional section that appears if the person that you are terminating has direct reports, is no longer appearing. I've checked with people that i know have direct reports and the section is definitely not showing up. This is happening in our Live environment and one of our Test environments. But not in our VBS test (Dev7) environment - where we publish our VBS work before pushing it to our Test and Prod envs. I've tried publishing Dev7 VBS as it stands
