Config the custom measure to calculate the Avg val based Existing measure at Item org time at month

I am trying to create a Custom Measure which has to calculate the future 12 Months Average value based on existing measure. What Expression can be used to generate the Average value. The Existing measure is at Item-Org-TIme level, Calculate and Aggregate, Time Dimension and other Dimension is SUM. Do i need to configure the new Custom Measure at Item-Org level and which function can be used in the Expression?
