Fields flickering / Effective Start Date changing by itself on Redwood Position Edit page

We've had a few instances where our People Operations team, while updating a position via the Redwood Position Details/Edit page, has experienced fields flickering — with the Effective Start Date field in particular changing value by itself, and other attributes on the Basic Details section flickering/re-rendering as well. This happens without the user making any changes to the page.

We captured a screen recording showing the Effective Start Date shifting between dates (e.g., toggling between 7/13/2026 and 7/14/2026) on its own, along with other fields on the page appearing to reload/flicker repeatedly.

Environment:

  • Browser: Microsoft Edge (version 150.0.4078.65)
  • Page: Redwood Position Details / Edit Position page
