Default expense account field in employment redwood pages

Summary:

Currently, the “Default Expense Account” field (DefaultExpenseAccount) is configured as required for the redwood pages “Hire an Employee,” “Convert Pending Employee,” and “Create Job Offer”; however, the system is assigning the initial value UA........00.00, which is not a valid combination because it is incomplete. Since the field already has a value, the “Required” validation is met, and the system allows the user to continue.

We require that the field be empty so that the “Required” condition is met and the user is not allowed to continue.
