ISNET to Oracle Fusion for BIP

Asking for help on implementing an ISNET report to BIP in Oracle. Client requires a report that would monitor supplier compliance.

Requirements:
1. ISN registered suppliers
2. Suppliers with expired insurance
3. Suppliers registered within 6 months
4. Suppliers with F rating

I am wondering whether these data elements are available in standard Oracle Fusion subject areas or tables? Any recommended approach, reports, or subject areas that can be used to develop this requirement? Do we have to create a DFF for this one.

I tried to check POQ_QUALIFICATIONS, just to check, but no data is showing.
