Account Type Field in Personal Payment Method: Global Availability and Lookup

Hi everyone,

We're trying to understand whether the "Account Type" field on the Personal Payment Method page is a global field available across all countries

We've also noticed that the field is presented as a list of values. Does anyone know which lookup this list is based on, and whether it can be customized or edited?
