Hi experts,

We have a question regarding the behavior of Permanent Global Transfers and Share Data Access.

In our scenario, we have enabled Share Data Access so that the HR user in the destination country can initiate and complete a Permanent Global Transfer, even though the employee is initially outside their security profile.

For example, an employee is transferred from a Spain LE to an Italy LE

We observed the following behavior:

  • After Share Data Access is enabled, the Italian HR user can view the Spanish employee and successfully perform the Global Transfer.
  • After the transfer is completed, the Italian HR user can view both the previous assignment (Spain) and the new assignment (Italy), which is the expected behavior.
