MAPE calculation based on a custom measures

Summary:

We have a requirement to calculate MAPE for custom measures. Our forecasting profile uses Final Booking History as the input and Booking History as the output, and we already have the seeded Booking Forecast MAPE, which calculates MAPE based on history and the Booking Forecast.

Similarly, we have custom measures for C_Sales and another custom measure for Adjustments, which along with other custom measure make up C_Final Bookings Forecast. The business now wants MAPE values for these custom measures, such as C_Sales and C_Final Bookings Forecast, similar to the seeded Booking Forecast MAPE.
