why is my learning attendance report having my name twice

Hi Team,

Once the attendance report becomes available in the oracle,when checked it shows my name twice.

I checked MS Teams reports,its accurate and not showing it twice.
I have checked for employees record who left and joined mutiple times,all their records are not getting triggered multiple times.its only mine as an instructor.
