Restrict Line Managers to Allocate Only a Specific Individual Compensation Plan (ICP)

Hi,

We have a business requirement related to Individual Compensation Plans (ICP) and would like to understand whether this is supported through standard Oracle Fusion functionality.

Business Requirement

We have multiple Individual Compensation Plans (ICPs) configured in our environment. We want to grant Line Managers access to the Manage Individual Compensation action; however, they should be able to allocate only one specific ICP to their employees.

For example:

• ICP A
• ICP B
• ICP C

When a Line Manager opens Manage Individual Compensation, they should be able to view and allocate only ICP A. The remaining plans (ICP B and ICP C) should not be visible or available for selection, even if the employees are eligible for those plans.
