OSS_EVNT_RTNG_QTY_UOM for Allowance Consumption Rating with Balance Management

Hi Experts,

We are implementing an Allowance Consumption use case using Oracle Subscription Management Balance Management.

Setup completed:

- Balance Code (Quantity-based)
- Balance Profile
- Entitlement Plan
- Entitlement Plan Assignment
- Balance Register
- Consumption Charge usage rate plan

The subscription is created successfully, and the Balance Register is generated correctly.

Usage events are also accepted successfully, and Usage Charge records are created.

Sample event values:

UsageQuantity = 1000
UsageUnitOfMeasure = EA
ReportedUsageQuantity = 1000
ReportedUsageUnitOfMeasure = EA

However, after running ESS process "Rate Subscription Usage Events", rating fails with:

OSS_EVNT_RTNG_QTY_UOM

"You must map quantity and UOM attributes to persistent attributes in service mapping for all usage charges in the rate plan."
