Summary: In the Adoption tab under Account Profile, how is the Adoption Level defined?


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Customer is using General Ledger, and it shows “Moderate Adoption”. Same Customer is currently NOT using Leases and Lease Payment. Why is it showing “Moderate Adoption”? What is the metric/indicators used to define adoption level?
