Internal Candidate Transfer Letter Not Displaying Correctly – Missing Merge Field Values in Candidate View

We have extended an offer to an internal employee for a transfer.

Issue

The recruiter is able to successfully:

• Generate the transfer letter
• View the transfer letter
• Download the transfer letter

All expected information is displayed correctly in the recruiter view.

However, the internal candidate is unable to view the transfer letter. When accessed from the candidate side (Careers page and direct link), the letter does not display the expected information.

The following values are blank/missing in the candidate view:

• Employee Name
• Legal Employer
