Why do I get an Error 403 when clicking on the back button to get back to the View Flows home page?

Summary:

I go to View Flows (My Client Groups - Payroll - View Flows). I scroll down to the job I want to view the details of. I click on the job name. I view details. When I click on the back arrow button to take me back to the View Flows home page, I get the following 403 error shown below. This is not a constant issue. I thought it was happening only when I used a saved search on the View Flows page, but I get the error message at random times now. I might be able to temporarily
