Need Work Tax Address to be visible in VBS for Hire an Employee

Within VBS the ability to make Work Tax Address is locked and you cannot make it visible. We need this field when a new employee is being entered, pending worker, etc. Currently since it is not available to add - we hire the employee and then have to go back in and then add the Work Tax Address, but if we can do it all in one go, then that would be great. Tried opening an SR and they prompted me to open an idea.
