Clarification on Retained Earnings Account Configuration for Multiple BSVs Within a Single Ledger

Issue Description:
The retained earnings for ERMR (Company 710) are currently being closed to account 215015 – Patronage Capital Assignable. However, the expected retained earnings account is 215035 – Unappropriated Retained Earnings.

Clarification Required:
Please confirm whether Oracle Fusion General Ledger supports configuring different retained earnings natural accounts for different Balancing Segment Values (BSVs) within the same ledger.
Example:

  • Company (BSV) 410 → Retained Earnings Account 215015
  • Company (BSV) 710 → Retained Earnings Account 215035

Both 410 and 710 are BSVs of the same Company balancing segment within a single ledger.
If this configuration is supported, please provide the relevant Oracle documentation or MOS note. If it is not supported, please confirm the standard Oracle behavior and the recommended approach.
