Salary Range adjustment for Skills Premium

We have a situation when certain jobs met with certain requirements, then the salary range has to be considered with different numbers (Eg. additional 10% from what is defined for the existing Grade).

Here is an example: For Service Desk job at Grade 120, the current salary range is 10000-20000 PLN, but when the person claims the needed proficiency of Polish language, then the salary range has to be consider with additional 10% which is 11000-22000 PLN.

We need options on how to show this or keep informed to the managers (when raising Job requisition/salary change for new skill added for existing employee) or People partners.
