We are looking for a way for Oracle to create one transfer order per order instead of per item.

We are looking for a way for Oracle to create one transfer order per sales order instead of one per item. Today, if a sales order has 20 lines the system will create 20 transfer orders off that instead of one transfer order. This easily creates much more work to manage. Has anyone else found an alternative for this?
