Templates No Longer Visible in shared/Custom/Financials/Payments

Hello,

We are facing a critical issue in our Fusion Production environment where we are unable to make payments to our suppliers.

It appears to be affecting only some of our environments and is related to templates missing from our BIP system. We did have the IAM upgrade this weekend in Production

We have the Critical SR in Oracle SEV1 4-0003376835 without good progress; we are unable to make payments to our suppliers.
