Learning assignment profile for new hires

Summary:
We have a learning assignment profile for new hire population to assign courses on hire to staffs who are non-managers.
Another learning assignment profile for new hires who are managers.
Say, if a staff is hired and assigned course through first assignment profile, if they get converted to manager, the second learning assignment profile is assigning the new course. There is no way the first assignment profile to remove the course previously assigned because, the previous assignment profile is going to fetch 0. When the analyses report fetches 0 result, Oracle has an inbuilt way of stopping the learning assignments from being revoked.
