Compensation plan approver should not view other countries data in the ineligible employees list

We are tracking ineligible employees in the Oracle HCM Compensation Plan. The worksheet approvers are assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR) security that allows them to view employees only from their respective country.

However, since Track Ineligible Employees is enabled, the compensation worksheet is fetching ineligible employees from all countries. As a result, approvers are able to view employee data belonging to countries outside their assigned AOR.

Could you please advise how this can be resolved in Oracle HCM Compensation plan?

Specifically, we would like to understand whether there is a configuration or security setup that ensures worksheet approvers can view only employees within their assigned country (AOR), while still allowing us to track ineligible employees in the compensation plan.
