Oracle Payroll Payslip PDF Creates Excessive XObjects/Resources Large File Size When Splitting Pages

Hello Team,
We are currently integrating Oracle Payroll payslips with a third-party document distribution provider (Datagraphic ePay) and have encountered a significant issue with the PDF output generated from Oracle Payroll/BI Publisher.
Issue -Payroll payslips are produced as a single PDF document from Oracle Cloud Payroll. The third-party provider then splits the PDF into individual payslip PDFs for upload into employee ePay accounts.
However, after investigation by their development team, they have found that:
The Oracle-generated PDF contains over 9,000 XObjects/resources within the PDF resource library. When a single page is extracted into an individual PDF, most of these resources are retained in the resulting file. Each one-page payslip PDF becomes approximately 2.7 MB in size. For payroll runs containing 3,000+ employees, this results in excessive memory consumption, slow processing and upload failures.

Howdy, Stranger!
