Preview of Compensation Statement Template Displays a Blank Page (Custom Templates Only)

Hello everyone,

We're facing an issue with Compensation Change Statements and would like to know if anyone has experienced the same behavior.

Navigation:
My Client Groups > Compensation > Workforce Compensation Plans > Select the plan > Compensation Change Statements > Manage Statement Groups > Manage Templates

When we click Preview on one of our custom statement templates, the preview opens as a blank page. No error message is displayed.

However:

• The Preview works correctly for Oracle's standard templates.
• We've reviewed our custom templates and can't identify anything that could explain the issue.
• We even created a brand-new template containing only a single line of text, and the preview is still blank.
