JobOfferLetterDM datamodel is not showing data when ran for OFFER_ID.

Summary:

JobOfferLetterDM datamodel is not showing data when ran for OFFER_ID. Job Offer is created in Fusion, but when I run the JobOfferLetterDM with that OFFER_ID, there is no data.
Issue is with AND &pwhereclause_offer filter. WHen I remove it the DM shows the data.
How to get data when ran with OFFER_IF even after using this filter. Do we need to check on the roles and data access. Please suggest
