No Notification to Task Owner When Proposed Task Date Changes Are Rejected

Summary:
In Oracle Fusion Project Execution Management (PEM), when a Task Owner proposes changes to task dates, the request is submitted to the Project Manager for review. However, the Project Manager does not receive a notification and must manually review pending requests through the Manage Task Exceptions link on the Project Management page.

If the Project Manager rejects the proposed date changes, the task dates revert to their original values, but the Task Owner is not notified that their request was declined.

Has anyone encountered this behavior? Is this the expected functionality in Oracle Fusion PEM? Is there a standard way to notify the Task Owner when a proposed date change is approved or rejected, or would this require an enhancement request?
