Can we run the Autonomous Sourcing Assistant AI Agent for a specific requisition number only

We're implementing the new AI Agent: Autonomous Sourcing Assistant.

As per the standard/seeded process, the agent runs via the scheduled job "Process Requisition Lines with Autonomous Sourcing Assistant" and automatically picks up all requisition lines that meet the item category/amount thresholds defined in the Autonomous Sourcing Policy document. There doesn't appear to be a way to target a specific requisition number.
Sometimes have an urgent requisition that we need processed immediately through the agent (to auto-create the negotiation and proceed with the AI sourcing flow), without waiting for or triggering the agent against the full batch of other eligible requisitions currently pending.
