Can't post transaction using Post to ledger(Online Accounting) but Create accounting(ESS) is working

Summary:

We are encountering an issue across all Subledger modules where an individual transaction fails during the Post to Ledger (Online Accounting) process. However, the same transaction is posted successfully without any errors or warnings when Create Accounting is run as a scheduled process.

Issue Description:

  • The issue occurs across multiple subledgers.
  • During Post to Ledger (Online Accounting), the system does not generate an account combination for the transaction and the process ends with an Invalid Accounting Error.
  • We have verified the Cross-Validation Rules (CVRs), and the account combination is valid. There are no CVR violations or configuration issues.
