Hi All,

The request is to restrict employee access to salary details in the My Compensation page and Search Bar on Home page.

We need to restrict access to My Compensation in both of the following areas:

Me > Show More > Compensation > My Compensation – Employees should not be able to access the My Compensation page.

Home Page Search – Employees should not be able to search for or access My Compensation or Compensation Information from the Home page search bar.

Is there a setup-level option?

1.Hide Salary from 1 July to 31 July.
2.Automatically re-enable Salary on 1 August.

Note: This restriction is required only for a temporary period (approximately one month) and is not intended to be permanent. During this period, HR users will continue to have access to manage compensation-related activities.
