Restrict Recruiter and Onboarder from Editing External Candidate Profiles

Hello Team

For only external candidates, Recruiters and Onboarders should have view-only access to the following Candidate Profile sections and should not be able to add or edit any information:

• Education
• Language
• Work History
• Work Preferences
• Licenses and Certifications

Currently, the Add (+) and Edit (pencil) icons are visible and functional for these users, allowing them to modify candidate profile information.
