No of records to be accepted or rejected at a time in Grade sytep progression review process

Summary:

While we are trying to review and accept the grade step progression or Grade rate synchronization, we are getting a message as we can do 100 at a time, or 500 at time (varies from env to env). How we can do the setup or control this number and if we can accept all at once. Also each accept or reject takes few minutes, so it is diffivult when we have 5000 emps to accept.
